Design and Construction:

HF Flareless Bite Type Fittings consist of three components which are manufactured to produce a strong and leak-proof joint on proper assembly. The three components are as follows:

1. Body: HF fitting bodies are available in many configurations. The straight products are made from cold drawn bars. The shaped products such as Tees, Elbows etc. are mostly hot forged. They are further machined to size as per specifications.

2. Ferrule: HF fittings are precision machined & heat treated to ensure proper biting and vibration dampening in the assembly.

3. Nut: HF nuts are either cold formed, hot formed or machined to size from cold drawn material.
